Instant green tea sweetened with honey. Green tea originates from East Asia, where it has been used for centuries. It is made from the leaves of the woody plant Camellia when, immediately after picking the leaves, the oxidation process is interrupted, after which it cools, twists and separates. The procedure is repeated until the green juice comes out of the leaves. Today, there are a large number of types of green tea and its use is becoming more widespread, which is not surprising if we take into account the fact that after water, green tea is the liquid that is drunk the most in the world.
The refreshing taste of green tea is best complemented with a few drops of lemon juice.
Preparation: Dissolve 1 teaspoon of granules in 2 dl of hot or cold water, stir and the drink is ready for use. If desired, sweeten the tea with a sweetener if desired.
Green instant tea can be used throughout the year to prepare hot or cold drinks.
