Reishi (reishi) mushroom (Ganoderma Lucidum), now well known and used all over the world, originates from China, where it has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. This fungus grows on the bark of various trees. Polysaccharides from this fungus have an antioxidant effect and thus stimulate the immune system. Dried mushroom is most often prepared as a tea beverage.
How to use: It is recommended to take 1-2 teaspoons of mushroom powder daily stirred in warm water with the addition of vitamin C powder or lemon juice. If the drink is too bitter, it can be sweetened with honey (avoid sugar).
