The drink of young barley grass is traditionally used in the diet of many peoples. As it is obtained from young shoots of barley, it contains many healthy ingredients. How are they produced? Barley (Hordeum vulgare) is sown on quality soil and carefully nurtured. During germination and growth, young plants produce a lot of useful nutrients and synthesize chlorophyll. After ten days, the young germ leaves are cut and dried at low temperature. Dried barley grass is ground to a powder before packaging. The resulting powder is a 100% natural product that does not contain additives, artificial colors or flavor enhancers.
How to use: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of powder with honey or dissolve in fruit juice, milk, yogurt or water.
